Originally from Williamsburg, VA, Julie first fell in love with houses at a young age. Her dad was a custom home builder, so she grew up in the real estate environment admiring both the home building processes and the historic homes in her area. After attending Old Dominion University, Julie moved to Wilmington, where she and her husband now raise their two children. Julie loves to travel, listen to live music (a real life Parrot Head!) and enjoy all that Wilmington has to offer. Her love of homes and history is one of Julie’s strongest assets in real estate. She sees each property in it’s own individual way, no matter how big or how small, and recognizes it’s potential. Julie is passionate about the restoration and preservation of historic homes, and seeing them brought back to life, especially for her clients as they start a new chapter of their lives.
