Communication is key, and good relationships with everyone involved in a transaction is, simply put, mandatory.

I have a background in construction and foundation work that I call on to help anticipate the pros and cons of our amazing and sometimes challenging geological strata. And I have been know to throw on boots and jeans and crawl under a house when I have a question about that house's structural integrity!
