Lisa came to Lanier Property Group with years of experience working for attorneys in both corporate and residential real estate. She is a born North Carolinian who has lived in Wilmington since 1993. Lisa has bought, renovated, rented and sold a number of homes (3 of them with the Laniers!). An organizer at heart and familiar with the many aspects of closing sales, Lisa began with LPG as our transaction coordinator.
Lisa's clients note her trustworthiness and negotiation tactics as some of her most valued skills. She loves crunching the numbers so her clients are well informed on home values; this makes her a strong negotiator who gets you the best price possible whether you are buying or selling.
Lisa has two wonderful children Annie Kate and Luke, who are currently in school at Cape Fear Community College. She loves eating the fantastic meals her kids prepare, sharing good times with friends, gardening, reading, traveling to the mountains and petting the family cat, Prissy Purr.
