Lisa is a licensed Realtor with The Forzese Group at RE/Max On the River in beautiful and historic Newburyport, Massachusetts. Holding dual licenses, she services most of the North Shore of Massachusetts as well as Southern New Hampshire. Growing up and residing here has given her a comprehensive knowledge of the area and real excitement for introducing newcomers to the cities and towns she knows and loves.

Lisa began her real estate career as a residential sales agent in 2012, and since that time she has closed over 150 transactions totaling more $40,000,000 in residential sales volume. Lisa truly enjoys working with all of her clients; sellers, investors, downsizers, first time home buyers and is especially passionate about working with Veterans. She is an expert in working with VA Buyer clients and finds assisting those that served our country to be an honor and incredibly rewarding. She is a member of the American Warrior Initiative and counts the New England Center for Homeless Veterans to be one of her most near and dear charities she is involved in.

Lisa has been a lifelong resident of the Greater Newburyport area and is raising her twin sons in the city she considers to be an extension of herself. She spends her free time in hockey rinks, on baseball diamonds and lacrosse fields as her sons are super involved in athletics and she loves the camaraderie of that community. When she actually (rarely) gets a moment to herself, she loves her local beaches, taking the quick drive to the mountains, days spent in Boston and obsessing over home decor magazines and websites.
