After many years as one of Atlanta’s top real estate agents, Shaun accepted the challenge to open Keller Williams’ first office in Georgia in 1999. Shaun grew one office with 27 agents to six metrto Atlanta offices with more than 1,300 real estate professionals. Today, these offices are collectively known as “The Rawls Group,” and they have been recognized for their production and their positive cultural environments. Shaun has ranked in the Top 50 Real Estate Brokers in the U.S. by both RealTrends and RIS Media. In 2014 The Rawls Group closed more than $2.5 Billion in sales. In 2014, the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized The Rawls Group as the #1 most productive residential real estate company in Atlanta. Additionally, from 2010 – 2013, The Rawls Group was recognized as the #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In addition to his Georgia based efforts, Shaun is a co-Owner of the New York Tri-State Region for Keller Williams Realty.

In 2013, Shaun was recognized as one of the “Swanepoel Power 200 -The Most Powerful People in Residential Estate”, and was also credited as running the best performing real estate brokerage over the previous 10 year period by RealTrends.

Shaun has a passion for leadership and inspiration, both of which he has demonstrated as a national speaker and trainer in the real estate industry.

Currently, Shaun is focusing on his passions of motivating, coaching, training and writing. Most recently, Shaun has joined Giveback Homes, a national organization building a trusted network of real estate professionals dedicated to creating social change through giving back and building homes all over the world. Jeri Moran and Shaun Rawls will grow the network of real estate professionals and brand across the US along with developing the training, referral and coaching division of this groundbreaking organization

An Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia Tech, Shaun is an avid proponent of building an on-purpose and balanced life. He models the notion that real estate shouldn’t be your life, but it should support it. In addition to his real estate endeavors, Shaun takes plenty of time to enjoy his family, friends, and hobbies, which include reading, tennis, golf, motorcycling and spending as much time as possible with his two sons, Noble & Steel.
