She is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and is the winner of the NC Association of Realtors Rising Star Award. In 2017 she was named to an exclusive international list of Real Estate Influencers by Inman News.
When speaking, Stephanie has been recognized for her ability to bring inspiration and tangible takeaways to her audiences. She helps keep Realtors sane by sharing her passion for work life integration and self care. She speaks to business owners and entrepreneurs about creating and fostering intentional company culture. Stephanie has received national industry coverage for her out-of-the box content marketing and personal branding ideas.
She is the founder of a much celebrated local women’s initiative, “The Inspiration Lab”, which has been covered by the media as a community committed to creating leaders and empowering women.
Before real estate, Stephanie worked as a clinical social worker caring for at risk teenagers, the homeless and mediating child abuse cases for the State of North Carolina. Stephanie received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University North Carolina at Wilmington. When she isn't working she enjoys writing on her family blog about her journey as a special needs parent, preparing for her business book club or volunteering with charities that are close to her heart.
