Sven’s journey into real estate and regeneration started as an urban educator. It was there that they saw the direct effects of social, environmental, and food injustices, as well as a lack of safe queer spaces for students and the greater community. Sven hopes to inspire others to realize their potential and power in order to better steward their environment. They are dedicated to serving minority groups and making sustainable building and practices accessible and affordable for all in order to help create more inclusive and diverse communities. Many of these directives pair with Sven's representation as a Latitude Change Agent and a team member of Streamlined Properties On-Market, brokered by eXp Realty.
Collectively, with the help of students, local artists, organizations, and community members, they started creating queer-safe spaces and teaching queer inclusivity in the classroom. They also began educating their community about food and the environment through building and growing school gardens. Sven also saw that adults needed just as much attention as kids, so they decided to start several passion projects like Queer Kitchen (QK) in hopes of spreading seeds of love and knowledge to those around them. Between teaching in urban areas and creating passion projects, Sven saw how real estate was interconnected to all of these pieces.
Sven became a licensed Realtor in 2020. It was then that they realized that becoming a regenerative change agent was paramount and decided to join Latitude‘s collective. They love how Latitude’s values and mission towards regenerative real estate aligns with their own. Sven helps people envision and plan their own self-sufficient gardens through permaculture principles. They also help their clients find ways to integrate plants and other green practices into their homes and everyday routines so they can lead happier, healthier, and wealthier lives.
Sven leverages Latitude’s unique tools and expertise, as well as Streamlined Properties On-Market's experience and core values to help them accomplish their goals as a Change Agent to create sustainable communities that are diverse and inclusive of all.
